The marsh in which the tomb-owner is hunting is shown teaming with birds, butterflies and fish. A tawny cat is shown pouncing on birds. The cat’s eye is gilded. From one of the eleven fragments of wall-paintings from Nebamun’s tomb-chapel, Luxor, from c. 1350 BC.
