Aishwarya is a Rugby-based artist, originally from India. When she first moved to the UK, she originally lived in Bedford, but moved to Rugby with her husband and children. She loves the town, and loves that there’s a sense of community here, particularly around the Art Gallery and the Benn Partnership Centre. In her art, Aishwarya uses motifs from traditional Indian folk art as well as English themes such as flowers or sports so that both Indian and English audiences can appreciate her work.
